we sadly had a member named 'Hametsuu' just bolt with every icebox and all loot from Saouro.

Our party setup wasn't ideal.

We had two healers.
A member who was unfamiliar to us.
We lacked high-grade stigmas.
Thus, I added another healer without premium stigmas (a friend of mine).
Our key in Saouro was functioning well enough. We were a group of six.
Yet, both I and the unknown healer kept missing key roles and focused on attacking, muddling things a bit.
Still, we managed to take down the final boss with ease.
It didn’t consume much time..
But then, the deserter switched loot rights, booted us, and absconded with all the gear.
When I confronted him, he justified with DPS stats (Runner:2000, Me:1452), claiming I wasn't fit as a healer.
Even though I don’t need any items, his action left me frustrated.

Meh... I wonder if it's possible to somehow give some sort of penalty to toxic players and/or loot ninjas overall.

Unfortunately people like this don't get punished and there is plenty, even in retail (don't know about korea). Unless the administration put some new rules for that kind of behavior. Only solution is to never play again with that person and warn your friends and others.

Just to reiterate what's actually going on 

we have an assassin tagging along with 2 clerics 

we end up dying at every boss multiple times like (3 or 4 times per boss) 
we bring in a Gunner (who is super cool right now "pistolero" is his name) 

 I hit 4KK DPS on the meter, Kernue the ranger reached 3.8KK, and the Gunner (joined at the drake boss) achieved 1.6KK DPS 

Being there barely managed 800K through the entire Sauro!!!! 

we used abyssal potions at each boss just to survive, and we had to kite every boss because even with 2 Clerics, if I didn't do that, we'd die. We basically carried the whole sauro instance with 3 of us, managing 2 bosses without any healing, just kiting and potion healing 

so when it came to the last boss, we took the box and handed it to the Gunner, the ranger, and myself 

even at the sauro's last boss we handled it without any healing, kiting the boss the entire time 

oh and by the way, it was all streamed so you can easily verify. Talking about Korean is like dealing with a Nightmare (I mean the legion, not the actual country)  anytime you have someone from Korean in your PvP/PvE group, they end up failing and being useless, so now they're all blacklisted, not just by our legion. Ask LFG and you'll see what everyone's saying 

when you drag people along to be carried and then ninja every loot in the instance from earlier bosses, where you snagged 3 eternal items and kept rolling, don't be shocked and don't play the victim

마지막 보스는 치유 없이 모든 것을 부활시키며 해내요. 

한 가지 더, 모든 스트림이기 때문에 내가 한국어로 말할 때마다 악몽의 진실을 쉽게 확인할 수 있습니다. 그는 실패하고 무가치하여 블랙리스트에 올랐어요. 우리뿐만 아니라 LFG에게 물어보세요. 사람들이 새로운 멤버를 모을 때 그들이 어떻게 생각하는지 알 수 있을 겁니다.

3명의 파티로 계속 놀라지 말고 스스로 희생자로 두지 마세요.

진실을 말하고 있다면 마지막 보스를 잡는 건 불가능해.
우리는 두 명의 성직자와 협력해서 이후로 죽은 적이 없는데, 두번이나 당했습니다.
두세번은 아주 흔해.
다른 dps에게 상자를 줬다는 건 거짓말이야,
상자는 처리하기 어려워.
우리가 함께한 시간엔 참가한 이가 많지 않았어.
그래서 부족한 팀원과 같이했어.
완벽한 파티를 원하면 두 케이 파티를 가.

I mean even with that, taking all the loot for yourselves is not really the solution. Just because "you did most of the work". Don't replay with them ever and be done with it. I also had many bad experiences with people that basically weights the instance and group down and make it a frustrating experience, but I didn't think about taking their loot from them. Just never replay with them again.
