Please investigate this guy. The way he uses 5 skills in 1 second is extremely suspicious.

This is not how a proper report is made.

In the future, please explain what happened more properly, and display evidence of your claim through a video of you fighting with the player.

Preferably you should look directly at the player with the camera so we can observe the animations, however it is also easy to spot no animation depending on other factors. Checking the logs is not a guilty beyond reasonable doubt way of approaching such claims.
