Hi, I come back recently on the serv and i had already saw on twitch than there are two players (or sometime the same player) playing together on the both faction and killing all ppl with there unbrained class (gunners) to keep all mobs for them in the idian depths.

I don't understand why today they can still playing...?

Hello. Server rules do not forbid to play on two races at the same time.
