Aion Riftshade

Hi there, I need some help and guidance with a particular quest. Spear Statues. I pretty much know that I have to "master" each craft, however I notice when completing the Fenris quest that the Hot heart was given with a quest completed. Is there a similar quest that would give the holy statue of siel or is it just straight forward crafting?  

No, that one must be crafted by each player.
