Aion Riftshade

I've been struggling for 48 hours to get Aion installed. I tried downloading via Torrent, unpacked the files, but each time I run the launcher and invoke the "update", it comes to a standstill, not budging for hours on end... I wiped it all off and attempted the direct launcher download, yet no luck! Even turning off ALL antivirus hasn't helped, the download's stuck! With my 1000 Mbps connection, I normally snag any game in mere minutes, except for EuroAion... Everything's set to "torrent" in the settings. Also, my FPS is capped at 60 when my rig should handle more. Clearly, something is off. Really need a fix or I'm moving to a different server.

Hey @Paralyzed, this problem can be solved if you add the game to the white list of all your antimalware programs including Windows defender and in the firewall. Reboot the PC and start the launcher after it right-click on the game folder -> Properties -> Remove the checkmark from the attribute "read-only" -> OK. Start the launcher.
