i am trying to make group with one of my alt player and i cant because the system says that <<you cant make a group because the character name is invalid>>. what that means and how i can fix it

We have set a nickname filter in the game. Therefore, now inappropriate names will be blocked by the game at the character creation.

However, there are already some players having such names, and therefore they received penalties on their characters: they cannot join any group or alliance.

If you got into such situation due to the bad nickname, send administration your login and your character nickname, via private messages, and we will provide you with a name change coupon.
