Aion Riftshade

Hello there, can anything be done for the aethers i mean is taking so long when opening hundreds of aethers. Can it be done instantly? It would be really great!

Hey! While it might take a bit of time, you can set up a macro to automatically open multiple items at once. Just press the macro button or bind it, and it’ll handle the task for you.

Let me show you how you can do this;

Go to the Menu and select macro

 

Next, you'll see a screen that explains itself pretty well. Just enter the aether's name you want to open, or drag it from your inventory into the macro command window, and its name will be auto-filled for you. I’ve included a screenshot of my macro set up for opening a group of greater aethers as an example.

The delay is the time in seconds between actions. It generally takes 3 seconds to open an aether, but if some aren't being opened, try increasing the delay to 3.5 or 4 seconds.

 

Here’s an awesome tip: you can use this for skills too. I've customized my buffs in a macro, so I just hit one bound button to buff everyone easily.

To squeeze more opening actions into a single macro, try using

/use 1 1

/delay 3

/use 1 1

/delay 3

....

Just make sure the item you want to open is in the initial slot of your inventory. The numbers indicate the row and column of your inventory, if memory serves. You can easily figure it out by tweaking the numbers and checking which item is used.

Another handy command:

/quickbar 1 1 1

This triggers the very first icon on your first quickbar, be it a skill, potion, or even a piece of gear—anything except another macro, since a macro can't activate another macro.
