If you need to exchange or get a refund on items, or have them restored, it can be done as long as it's within 24 hours of purchase before reaching out to us.
To do so, please follow these steps carefully:
First, discard the incorrect item and take a screenshot. This screenshot must show the following details:
- Your character’s nickname,
- Abyss ranking list showing ALL players or legions (not just your personal ranking)
- The server's current time (hover over the small moon/sun icon near the mini-map).
- In the chat, the message should state: "You have discarded [the item]". (system chat)
Make sure it’s all in ONE UNALTERED SCREENSHOT! NO EDITING!
We'll also need your character's name.
