Macro switch gear

Hey I just came back from a big trip on classic and sin use (and I also) macro for switch gear to magic boost to use runes then switch back to physical gear in a second, (as would do a glad or Templar to resist to a sorc for exemple)

i would like to know if this is allowed on ur server, I know that synapse is but… this mechanics is kinda broken I prefer being sure before getting instaban
