I've witnessed folks paying 20-40kk depending on the gear piece. Regardless, doing weekly/daily Kahrun's runs is a smart move. You might just stumble upon some quick kinah.

Sorry in advance. This is just my point of view... yet perhaps it's wise to earn ancient coins (although better methods exist), simply because they don't want you seeing rivals at the farming spots. In another thread, folks are already calling for bans on players spending too much time on gathering crystals.
You know what, forget it.
The top 2 quickest ways to get kinara are: farming entry stones to Katalamanj in the depths and harvesting ether blue\gold using a basic macro (using 2 variables, execute via button and delay).
Both strategies need learning DIFFERENT locations and (ideally) collecting when there are fewer players online.

Today, I raked in ~200 mil during siege by setting up a private shop selling at 4.5 mil each in front of a teleporter

Typically, I gather about 75-80 mil daily simply by having 1 account open for sales
Additionally, all I do is run the Sillus instance for composite manastones, attend the tia siege for enchant stones, and run 3-man sauro for additional enchant stones

On a rough day, I earn ~50 mil 
On a thriving day, I make around ~300 mil
On an ideal day, I can surpass 1 bil

Another tip is if you stream on EuroAion, ecoins can be earned... With ~500 viewers, you gain 1k ecoins, and it climbs from there. Each ecoin sells for ~300k... So it's an easy 300 mil weekly through streaming
For those with ample viewers, you might snag ~3k ecoins  or more... Already nearing almost 1bil weekly for almost no effort.
