Is possible to make this stigma Chain of Suffering,  allowed it to be used in PvE, cleric loose on pve a big dmg skill.

Ncsoft/GF did this after some patches  (i don't remember which one)

Hello. This item corresponds to the official version of the game. There will be no changes.

I know this, this change could be made because it is unfair to lose a skill that is indeed so strong.

And the cleric is the only character that has a skill that is forbidden to use in pve.
