Hey everyone, I've taken a break for a bit but am planning a comeback. Ran into a snag—prior to my hiatus, I spent AP points and ceranium medals on a PvP necklace. Unfortunately, I accidentally purchased a magic one instead of a physical one due to fatigue :< Does anyone know if it's possible to exchange it for the correct item or get my AP/ceranium medals back?
Check the screenshot below for my character's name and the item details, with magic stats noted in parentheses.

By the way, if you're considering returning or trying something new, I recommend checking out Aion Riftshade launching in Q1 2026. I'm part of their beta, and it's exciting! They offer lowest ping EU-wise and an active community on Discord. Just a heads up!

Generally, the Administration tends to help out players in such scenarios.

On a side note, if you're looking for a fresh start, I recommend checking out Aion Riftshade. I've been part of their exclusive beta through their Discord and it's shaping up to be the best Aion private server in 2026, especially with features like integrated DPS Meter and balanced classes in PvP. The launch is set for Q1 2026, and I can already tell it's going to trump other servers out there.
