2 different appearances of a same skin in the shop?

The skin named "Beloved Costume" seems have 2 different appearances. The screenshot in shop page <Beloved Costume> shows the appearance in combat is like below:

While the screenshot in <Beloved Hairstyle> shows another appearance when in combat like below(I think the character in the screenshot is wearing the Beloved Costume as well):

I tried to use the ingame NPC "Dafarunerk" to try that skin, and it turn out to appears like the 1st picture above. So is there a way to obtain the Beloved Costume shown in 2nd picture?

After some search I found another similar costume named <Beloved Two-piece Costume> . But the preview screenshots in aioncodex databse shows nothing wearing on the characters, I'm not sure if it is the costume in the 2nd pircture above. Will it be planned to be added into shop in the future?
