Hey everytime i try logging to server i get the error messege " you have been disconnected from the server" or "Cannot connect to authorization server" i tried this with 3 different vpns and without a vpn i also tried restarting router restarting pc and delte and redownload game still same issue, this problem started yesterday but before that everything worked all nice, what should i do?
This happens on login screen when i put account info, i cant enter the game
can someone pls help?

Please, try adding the game and the launcher in the exclusions of all your antimalware programs (firewalls and anti viruses).
hey there, i attempted this as well and it didn't fix it, did a full reset on my pc and now i can access the game occasionally but not always, and the ping is really erratic, with huge spikes every time I try to log in. This issue pops up right at the login screen after entering my account details, can't seem to get into the game itself.

Where are you located geographically? Do you have stable and fast internet?
use auto login from client and dont give your username and password on the game .
@allmighty im in jordan, and i have 2gb speed fiber connection, on normal occasions i have 60-63 ping with exit lag

@TheAlmightyi have tried @Twinsb method and now i can login the server, and i stay online max 20 minutes, i test ping and i have like usual 60-65 but every 1 minute it spikes up randomly to 3000-5000, and after this i just get disconnect from serv, i hope this information can help you find the problem, thank you for your time

As it appears not to be a widespread issue, there isn't much on our end that can be done. Does the problem continue if you play without using exit lag?
Let's try to pinpoint the source of this problem. Please perform the checks using the Pingplotter tool.
1) Acquire Pingplotter from: http://www.pingplotter.com/
2) Launch the software
3) Input target name or IP in the textbox - 162.19.146.11
4) Run the game and observe until you experience the ping spike.
5) Once it spikes, take a full-screen screenshot of the program.
Also, repeat the steps for the address google.com, and provide a screenshot for this comparison test.
