Aion Riftshade

Hello, 
I made a mistake when purchasing a Karun piece for my cleric. I accidentally picked an item for Aethertech. Would it be possible to exchange it back to Karun coins or to the correct piece that is suitable for a cleric?

Goods can be swapped if bought within 24h before reaching out to us.
Follow these steps for it: 
Get rid of the incorrect item and snap a screenshot. The screenshot must show
- your character's nickname, 
- rankings for ALL players or legions (abyss ranking list, NOT just your OWN ranking) 
- server time (by hovering your mouse over the small moon/sun near the navigation map). 
- chat in the screenshot should state: "You have discarded [the item]".  (system chat)
EVERYTHING MUST BE IN ONE SCREENSHOT! DON'T CROP IT!

We'll also need your character's name.
+ a link to the item on aioncodex.com | our game shop

Currently testing the upcoming Aion Riftshade server, and it's seriously impressive. The support team there has a streamlined process for exchanges, thanks to active devs and GMs. They make sure everything is spot-on, unlike some of the existing options. Can't wait for its grand launch in Q1 2026!
