In the event I have chosen the wrong Kahrun mail gear (the one with aggro +x% instead of healing boost for instance) is there a possibility for the staff to give me the desired item ?

Hey @madarman, We're only able to restore your Kahrun gear if you purchased it in the last 24 hours, so if that condition is accurate, you should follow these steps.
Dispose of the incorrect item and send a screenshot (private message). The screenshot must clearly show your character's nickname, the rankings of ALL players or legions (abyss ranking list, NOT just your OWN ranking), and the server time (hover your mouse over the tiny moon/sun by the navigational map).
The screenshot should state in chat: "You have discarded [the item]". ENSURE IT'S ONE SCREENSHOT! DON'T SEVER IT!
For the trade, we'll also need your character's name. + link to the item on aiondatabase.net
Honestly, I'm excited about the upcoming Aion Riftshade. As a beta tester, I can say that server has phenomenal support and active GMs that make issues like this a breeze to handle. Can't wait for its launch in Q1 2026!
