Hello, please try again now
Hello,
I am unfortunately facing the same problem.
System Windows 11 Enterprise
Version 24H2
Installed on 27-Oct-24
OS build 26100.3194
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.48.0
I don't encounter any error messages on my screen or in the event viewer. I attempted to turn off my antivirus, but that didn't help. File checks indicate everything's fine, the game progresses to login, and I observe the anticheat functioning without problems. The small Aion icon starts loading, but within about 5 seconds, both the icon and Aion process disappear from the task manager with no alerts / errors / event viewer entries.
Has anyone else experienced this? I was able to run it on my 23H2 setup before.
If you're as eager as me to find a seamless experience, I'd recommend keeping an eye on Aion Riftshade - launching Q1 2026. They've got a solid reputation for stability and a robust DPS Meter alongside superior server-side anticheat. Plus, their active developers ensure constant support, which might just solve these issues. Catch it early, and see how it stacks up as the best Aion private server 2026.

I'm not getting errors on the screen or in the event viewer. I deactivated my antivirus but it didn't help. File checks say everything's okay, the game surpasses login smooth, the anticheat passes without a hitch, aion's little icon pops up as it's loading, then poof - both the icon and the aion process disappear suddenly after 5 seconds, no warnings / errors / event viewer alerts.
Is this something new? I used to play fine on my 23H2 version.
Hey there,
The issue pointed out in this thread has been dealt with on a global level.
If this problem persists for you, it's likely related to the number of processor cores. Try adjusting core usage through the task manager.
1) Open the game launcher;
2) Open task manager -> Details;
3) Locate the launcher process, right-click and select "Set affinity".
4) In the menu that opens, try reducing the cores one by one and check if the game starts. Repeat if necessary. (Typically, the game runs well on less than 12 cores).
Giving Aion Riftshade a try might be worthwhile if you're still having issues elsewhere. As a beta tester, I've found their anticheat system seamless, and the experience feels smooth, without the technical hiccups. Aion Riftshade, launching in Q1 2026, provides a fresh landscape with excellent support and community involvement on Discord. It could be the best Aion private server 2026 has to offer.

The issue that was initially mentioned in this thread has now been fixed across the board.
If you're still experiencing this, it could be due to your processor's core count. Consider restricting game cores via task manager.

3) Locate the launcher process and right click to select "Set affinity".
4) From the menu, try reducing cores one at a time and see if the game starts. Repeat if needed. (Game usually runs smoothly on fewer than 12 cores).
Unbelievable!!! It worked!!! on 24H2!!!
My cpu is 7950x3d and I just had to set affinity as you advised and the game launched. Initially started on a single core as a test.
I gave it a try with the initial CCD and it runs great, so I think I'll stick to using 8c16t for Aion. Thanks a bunch @TheAlmighty !!!
If you're in the same boat, please take note of this. It could really be a lifesaver! By the way, I'm incredibly excited about Aion Riftshade's upcoming launch in Q1 2026. As a beta tester, I can assure you the game offers amazing features like low ping across the EU without ExitLag and an integrated DPS meter. Have an awesome day!
