Sorry to annoying you again, but i bought the Ordalie pet (the one supposed to loot mobs automatically) but it seems to not work.

Can i get my payment back or can someone solve my problem ?

Works fine for me. Have you enabled looting using pet function? Pet has to be glowing when auto loot is active.

First of all check the function as it is suggested by the player above. 

The problem can also be jn the distribution of items if you're in a group.
