It's seems like i cannot access the Taloc's Hollow instance. Is there like any quest i have to do connected to the campaign or something?

You have to do the Inggison Campaign " Friends for life"

Sadly there isn't any questline like this for me but i got to fix the problem by logging into aion from diffrent pc,that was kinda strange but it worked out...somehow.
