i did dark poeta like 3 times the first time it worked perfect but the other 2 times i tried it s rank i get to the portal and i cant go in i cant even click on the portal any one help plz

This dungeon has specific textures on this spot. Sometimes your character stays on the spot which is unable to use the gates from. 

i tried different spots angales still nothing i even took screenshots and photos with ma phone like this one ty for reply
