Aion Riftshade

i got stuck , nothing  work even unstuck   option or re log in character selection  , i did fall off    from ice bridge while i stay in  textures where u can't  fall off  

also falling non stop off from the map like this  

fixed  i  saw teleport on website but there  is bug on that ice bridge in beluslan ,  u can get stuck heere , is any chance there for fix it?

 

not only the bridge bugged , also location near it  too
