Aion Riftshade

As stated in the title, I did the quest "a sus shugo"

After that I was supposed to get the "price of goodwill" quest from roikinerk. But he's not giving anything.

I saw that in the past the same bug occurred, how is it possible its occuring again? 

Im lvl 46.

Thank you very much, for ignoring my request! Now I know it was a mistake to come back to aion since is ded, so Imma focus on cryptocurrency
