Hello,
On the Gladiator, the skills Weakening Severe Blow and Body Smash are sharing their cooldown (i.e. cast any of them and the other goes on CD as well). I am not sure why is this happening.

That is normal in this patch, Weakening, Body Smash and Lockdown share cd, so you have to choose which one to use. It ain't a bug

Use severe weaking blow stigma. It doesn't share any CD, and allows you to use energy impact chain.
