Hello, today 28/08/22 at 15:03 UTC +2 the server went down. We were running the Infinity Shard (Hyperion) at the time. Unfortunately, this resulted in the dungeon being unsuccessful.
It would be great if we could get Infinity Shard CD scrolls & Strange Ide Crystal x10 as compensation for our members.

Hello,

The server is unstable for now. Disconnections, unplanned maintenances are possible, as well as it may be impossible to enter the game. There's no need to contact the supports now, as until the problems are fixed generally, there's nothing else we could do you regarding this issue.

Compensations for the failed instances are not possible anymore. All dungeons cooldowns are reset.
