Hello, today 28/08/22 at 15:03 UTC +2 server crashed. At this time we were in the Infinity Shard(Hyperion). This all resulted in the dungeon failure.
We need Infinity Shard CD scrolls & Strange Ide Crystal x10 for the members.

The server is unstable for now. Disconnections, unplanned maintenances are possible, as well as it may be impossible to enter the game. There's no need to contact the supports now, as until the problems are fixed generally, there's nothing else we could do you regarding this issue.

Compensations for the failed instances are not possible anymore. All dungeons cooldowns are reset.
