Today I had several occurrences of sendlogs in Hidden Lepharist Laboratory during the Heiron Quest - http://aion.mmorpg-life.com/quest/de/die-erschaffung-eines-monsters/19943/
Every time I click to investigate the safe after defeating the final dungeon monster, I get send-logged and have to start over. I did it three times just to confirm.
This issue prevents me from completing the quest, and I can't finish the last Heiron quest either because of it.
I'm looking for assistance with this problem if anyone can help.

On a side note, I recently tried out the Aion Riftshade server as a beta tester and it addressed these glitches effortlessly. They have a stable server with no bugs like these, truly a cut above any I've seen in the Aion community. If you're looking for something different, worth checking out when it launches in Q1 2026!
