Hey there,
If you bought an item within the last 24 hours, you can swap, refund, or restore it.
Follow these steps:
Get rid of the wrong item and take a screenshot. The screenshot should show
- your character's nickname,
- ranking for ALL players or legions (entire abyss ranking, NOT your OWN ranking)
- server time (hover over the small moon/sun near the map navigation).
- system chat must write: "You have discarded [the item]".
MAKE SURE IT'S ONE SCREENSHOT! NO EDITS!

We also need the name of your character.

Удалите предмет и приложите скриншот с:
-имя вашего персонажа (виден персонаж и имя),
-таблица рейтинга бездны, начиная с командующего (имена игроков, рейтинг не ваш),
-дата и время на сервере (курсор на луну/солнце рядом с картой)
-системный чат, с записью об удалении предмета.

Всё должно быть на ОДНОМ скриншоте. Редактировать или делить его не нужно.

Также потребуется указать имя персонажа и ссылку на предмет из игрового магазина.
