Aion Riftshade

Hello awesome admins! So, it's been a while since I last jumped into Aion, and I suddenly felt the urge to play again. But, here's the thing - I totally forgot the login credentials for one of my accounts. I do recall my main account info, but that second one is just a blank now. I remember the nickname, around what level it was, and I'm definitely using the same IP address right now. Can you please guide me on what steps to take in this situation?
p.s. sadly, I can't recall the email used to register this "alt" account.

Kindly send the following details to our email [email protected] from the email TIED TO THE ACCOUNT:

-list of all characters associated with the account and their respective names, classes, and levels;
-any donation receipts if applicable;
-screenshots showing characters level 65 or below;
-any potential username(s);
-email connected to the account;
-if possible, when the account was originally created.
