Hi, I bought an armor skin from the shop some time ago (Harehood, [item: 110910386]) and just realized that it can't be stored in the account warehouse nor traded.
I don't need it on the character I bought it for. Is it possible to get the item moved from one character to another? Considering they are on the same account.

The items can be exchanged/refunded or restored if they were purchased within 24h before your message to us.
For this follow the instructions:
Throw away the wrong item and provide the screenshot. Screenshot must contain
- character nickname,
- ranking of ALL players or legions (abyss ranking list, NOT your OWN ranking)
- server time (for this put the mouse on the small moon/sun near the navigating map).
- chat on the screenshot must write: "You have discarded [the item]". (system chat)
IT MUST BE ONE SCREENSHOT! DON'T CUT IT!
We will also need your character name and link to the item in our game shop.
