Hi,

I bought to my alt char (to morph) a mount by the mistake. Is there any way to return it and get back my EC points?

To get your refund sorted, please follow the steps: 

Dispose of the incorrect item and snap a screenshot. The screenshot needs to show your character's name, the full abyss ranking list (not just your personal rank), and the server time (hover your mouse over the sun/moon icon by the map). Make sure the chat says you’ve "discarded [the item]". 

 

Also, let us know your account username.

And include a link to the item from our game shop (for the refund process).

Some of mounts are indestructible. How to return back them?
