Skill: Momentous Rush
ISSUE:
Momentous rush conflicts with mantras :
- When used, it puts celerity mantra in cooldown for 10s (celerity isnt supposed to have a cd)

- It count as a "mantra" slot in active buffs, means if you have it on, you can have only 2 mantras. It shouldnt count as mantra.  You should be able to have 3 mantras + MomentousRush
