Took Master test in Alchemy, received master remnant and design, Honir for some reason won't let me "Learn Alchemy"
to raise to 500.....am I ,issing something or is it broken?

Hey, what's your character level? do you have another master's profession on that character?

Someone from support replied by e-mail and let me know I didn't have enough money on me. Truely appreciate all that tried to help.
