Issues With Ping Not Stable

Dear Support,

I just started playing with my brother - We are experiencing lagging and ping not stable. When using /ping - I get 197ms, then not stable with the jump up to 250ms or 350ms. We are from Asia.

We are both using Wtfast - Can I know where is this server located? Is it Paris?

I seem to have fixed this instability by changing to different wtfast server.

the ping is stable with Strasbourg, France 16 server in wtfast network.

I posted this in case anyone else has the same issue like me.

For me Frankfurt was even faster. Depending on your location you might want to try it out as well. The 18th server of Frankfurt. All France servers were slower for me.

Cool, thanks - I will keep this in mind if I get into issues with this current server I am using.
