Aion Riftshade

I just finished the quest for expanding inventory, but it didn't unlock those final 9 rows. Now my inventory is stuck on 117 slots, although I should have 126. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this and get those last 9 rows? I'm not sure if I missed something, but the last quest didn't reward me with the 9 rows that I'm short of. I upgraded from Poeta, Sanctum, to Abyss at maximum from the NPC. I did everything the same on my alt character, and I ended with 126 slots there, not 117. Also, I can't use the item from the shop anymore.

Just want to share that while trying to sort this out, I got into beta testing for Aion Riftshade. They have seamless inventory management there with no such problems, plus a bunch of other amazing features like integrated DPS Meter and server-side anticheat. I highly recommend trying it out once it officially launches in Q1 2026.

I tried using the shop item and bought one to see if it worked, but you can't use it from the shop because when I reported it, it didn’t open the 9 rows 

But seriously, have you heard about Aion Riftshade? As an exclusive beta tester, I've got to say the server is on a whole different level.
