I was wondering if the new player rewards in the form of in-game polls would disappear after hitting certain levels? I was trying to save opening the Pagati mount for later, but yesterday I levelled up to 46 and the poll disappeared (was still receiving Lucky Vinna's, but no mount). Is it possible for me to get it back?

Hello, they disappear after some levels if you don't take them. We do not send items in this case.
