Impossible to play, the window closes without any error every 3 minutes. only happens to me?

We are still working on the issue with the game client crashes without errors affecting some of the players. Currently we are collecting the information and we are thankful to those who cooperate with us on this matter.
For now we can say that the problem exists on the 32bit client and default graphic engine.

1) If your system allows (6+Gb RAM and 64bit system), you would want to try using 64bit game client. This can be changed in the launcher settings. If the choice is not available in the settings, it means that your system doesn't meet the minimum requirements.

2) Use High quality graphic engine (can be changed in the Graphic settings in the game).
