Please, provide the following information, so we can find the donation and contact the payment system regarding it:
-bill showing that the money were withdrawn from your bank account / wallet
-requested amount of coins
-username
-exact date and time of donation
-payment system (there are 4 on the website)
-payment method (represented in the payment system)
-4 last digits of the card if it was used
-transaction ID in the text form if the donation was made with crypto
-email address that you specified when donating (if the system asked you to specify it)
