Hi There,

My homeward bound is disabled since i returned from 3years AFK , i shall get a studio since my Mansion Recalled Automaticlly.

The skill(homereward bound) is still in the menu but in gray, as you can see in the pic below.

And My sorcerer has the very same problem .

Hello,

You'd want to talk to the npc Studio Manager, on the left on your screenshot - Parrine. You can reclaim the studio talking to them.
