При входе в игру выдает ошибку,пытался удалить этот файл, лаунчер сам скачивает его обратно.

Hey, @6ix9ine so this error is occurring because that's file probably is broken, so for this, I'd like to recommend checking the game the second option on the bottom right, this will make a full check up on your game files and if something isn't good he will replace it.
If you don't wanna do the check-up I'll upload the broken file here.
BikeRide_Animations.pak <- Download it and replace it at the same spot.
