hello there. i am having an issues regarding my game crash after i teleport to eltenen. i restart the game multiple time but the result is still the same. please help.

Could you provide more details on the type of crash you're facing?
If it's a sendlog:
Sendlogs can happen due to a corrupted game client or incorrect software.
Please make sure to install all software from this link: https://forum.euroaion.com/topic/19-possible-problems-with-the-game-client/, even if you have newer versions. Pay special attention to installing DirectX!
To fix your game client, whitelist the game in all your antivirus software, including Windows Defender and firewall. Then, check the game using the launcher. Ensure you haven't installed any mods and download the client directly from us (without updating an alternative client).
Regrettably, the above may not completely solve the issue, as factors like your hardware or running programs might also cause sendlogs.
