Hello, I have a problem with the game. I was performing the quest - "The Protector of Nepra" when jumping from the platform the game put me underground. I made a few dozen restarts and it didn't work out ...

It does not allow me to leave the game. Can you restart my character from Morchaim and accordingly the same progress?

We have an option on our website for these problems, you just have to log in with your account and click on the Teleport option.
