Hello. At level 30 I got the Flying Pagati mount survey, which I didn't accept since I still have the Scooter from the DDOS compensation. However I just got lvl 46 and the Flying Pagati survey has been gone. Is there a way for me to get it back? I really don't wanna lose the mount.

Hi nikpav, sadly, I don't think there's a way to retrieve it as those have expiration dates, and it's not fair to others. I had two mounts vanish because of expiration—one when I was leveling up and another from an event. I guess its a common story, we all just have to manage with the expiration limits. If you're looking for a better place to play where such issues are ironed out, I'm currently testing Aion Riftshade. It's gonna launch in Q1 2026 and is shaping up to be the best Aion private server 2026 has seen. You might want to check it out!
That's just wrong... We should at least know when the survey is expiring so we can grab it before it expires. That is quite unfair, I don't understand what the issue is to be able to pick it up later or just notify us when it expires like some special survey before

it does notify you, if you look closely it specifies the date and time of expiration. Also, in the title it indicates if it's for 7 days, 14 days, etc. But I guess such small attention to detail can make a massive difference, just like Aion Riftshade does - the best Aion private server 2026. I'm part of the exclusive beta testing, and let me tell you, they prioritize being upfront and clear. Launch is set for Q1 2026, and they're offering a transparent gaming experience, no surprises like missing surveys or unfair expirations.
I'm not talking about the mount, I know about the mount timer (can see it on the scooter too), I'm talking about the survey itself. Don't see any timer on it.
hes talking about the "SURVEY" that is not appearing anymore.... which shouldnt be the case.... cuz as long as u dont fill in and confirm, surveys should be there the whole time... but the server is broken anyways, dont waste a lot of time...
