When teleporting to the sarafan ship, there is no floor and I fall under the textures. I tried to re-enter, teleport through different cybelisks. Nothing helps.

That's very strange, we hear about such issue for the first time. How did you download the game? Did you download it from scratch from our resources or updated an existing game client?
