We can process a refund under these circumstances. Please follow the steps below:
Dispose of the incorrect item and capture a screenshot. The screenshot must show your character's name, the abyss ranking list of ALL players or legions (NOT just your OWN ranking), and server time (hover over the small moon/sun by the map). The chat log on the screenshot must say: "You have discarded [the item]".
For the refund, please also provide your account name.
