Aion Riftshade

Hi good evening. I used to play until December 19. I'm a donator player, so I had some personal problems and decide leave the server until I'm able.to play again. So I'm coming back to the server again and I noticed that my CHAR WAS DELETED. Any ADM can help me? What can I do to get my char back? I spent much money in my acc.. Please I'll be very thankful.

We are sorry for your situation, but the character can't be deleted by itself. Do not give your accounts to anyone and such things won't happen to you. The character cannot now be restored and you have to start from the very beginning.
