Hi I crashed with the all server when i was in 3v3 arena. Can you give me back the ticket

Hello!

The server is offline for an unknown reason and we are working on finding what happened.
We will launch it as soon as possible. The cooldowns for the dungeons will be reset.

Unfortunately the tickets cannot be refunded.
