i don't have Runatorium in the instance info and in the Request Entry window
(I have EOB or Kamar, Dred)

No quests are needed to enter the dungeon.
If you don't have Runatorium in your dungeon list, you need to redownload the client: data folder and l10n folder

I only deleted the Data folder and updated the client
