Aion Riftshade

Hello, 

we tried 3 times Sauro war depot and had no Access to the final two Boss room(s).

We cleared the whole instance and got all multiply keys, but nothing happens when we choose 1k or 2k.

There is no pre quest or something else, right?

We need help.
