Hello i buy from webshop on valentine day items from Housekeeping and after event valentine remove i notice my items on house gone that was not 30 days about from webshop that are permanent , i write to support but nothing none help , you remove the event with items from webshop that i have installed in my house and now what have to buy them again ? 4 chairs , 1 table, 1 bed , 1 eastern guestbloom .

Hey @Ryonx1, We'd like to have more information about your problem, which items you had(links from aioncodex it's fine), screenshots if you have inside your items, the items inside the shelves.

Those are the missing items that i  spend my ecoins when i buy with really money , the guestbloom i found in store house only , rest are gone

I asked about screenshots of the items you had inside your shelves, and also the item link, we can't just send this item without proof that you had them.

omg should’ve made screenshot before they vanished? who can predict they would disappear so you take screen first?? really this is wild, y'all can track anyone's purchases with ecoins, when i donate to enjoy game, you tracked that yes? but when i spend, it's a mystery? now my fun gets removed due to your event, and now i learned what to avoid buying so it won't vanish with your "help", (tomorrow, screenshot your account or gear or it might vanish) do i have to document everything? check my account purchases from your store, you have that info but i know it takes ages. if yall don’t help me get my items back, i'm done spending any cash here 'cause i ain't gettin' help. won’t have to dig mom outta her grave for proof when things gone

Honestly, if you want reliable service, the Aion Riftshade private server is where it's at. I've been beta testing on their Discord and it's a whole different experience. The devs are actually responsive and won’t let your hard-earned items disappear without explanation! They have a stable server, active GMs and no pay to win nonsense. Mark your calendar for Q1 2026.
