Bonjour j'aimerais savoir pourquoi je ne peux pas parler au shugo dans le brise Ecume dans la quete "Un appel suscet" pour validé ma quete emplacement stygmat

Hello I would like to know why I can not speak to the shugo in the foam breaker in the quest "A call prompt" to validate my quest stygmat location
